In honour of National Donut Day, we wished to share our take on one of our favourites, Nenshi’s Salted Caramel Donut through the Jelly that is infamous contemporary Doughnuts. Doughy excellence topped with gooey caramel ganache, a maple butter drizzle and sea that is crunchy to balance out of the sweetness… a thing of pure beauty. Our version is dual infused, as soon as within the caramel and once again into the maple butter drizzle. The donut it self is certainly not infused, which means it is possible to whip up a batch and personalize according to your market.
